Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Please note that If you need to change or reschedule a confirmed booking, you will need to provide us with a 24 Hour Notice through email ONLY. Less than 24 Hour Notice will result in a $50 cancellation/reschedule Fee. If booking was made on the same day, you have 3 Hours Notice to inform our team to cancel or reschedule. After your 3-hour notice passes, there will be a $50 cancelation or reschedule fee. A No Show will also result in a $50 Cancellation Fee.
